Our HypnoBirthing ® courses consist of four weekly classes of three hours. Both the mother and her birth partner should attend. I also provide private classes at a time and venue specific to you.

Our HypnoBirthing ® classes are suitable at almost any stage of pregnancy, although the ideal is between 20-30 weeks. However, regardless of how many weeks you are a course can be arranged to suit your time scale and availability. I have seen couples at 38 weeks and they have gone on to have lovely births, just call for a chat.

Private Classes:    £547 per couple

Private HypnoBirthing ® classes in your home: £1,295.00 (within a 20 mile radius of Epping)

This includes course material, book, official relaxation cd, refreshments and free telephone and email support before, during and after birth.

In addition to these HypnoBirthing ® courses, both the mum and her birth partner will need to practice the techniques leading up to the birth. After all we practice for other important activities in our lives such as weddings and job interviews, so why not birth?

Tailor made refresher courses for subsequent pregnancies

This six-hour refresher course can be tailored to your needs, in order to remind you of the key HypnoBirthing ® techniques. These can be arranged to take place in your own home.

Cost

For couples that have already used Mulberry Clinic for their first birth, there is a special price of £220.00.

If you prefer more or less time this can be arranged to suit your needs.
