Classes

The HypnoBirthing course consists of four, weekly classes of 3 hours for both the mother and her birth companion.  Sometimes we run classes over a shorter period of time, please call the office for details.  Private classes offer more flexibility as classes can be arranged to suit your needs.  The HypnoBirthing Institute recommends that classes should be five weekly classes of two and a half hours or four three hour sessions.

They are suitable at almost any stage of pregnancy.  It is never too early or late to start.  If you are nearing the end of your pregnancy, call to discuss one to one or group sessions over a shorter period of time.

Ideal for both single and multiple births. 

Prices include course material, book, cd, refreshments, free telephone and email support before, during and after birth*.

Group Price:                         £325.00 per couple

Private Classes:                     £597.00

Also we offer coffee mornings to meet other HypnoBirthing families.
